Region Training Conference
At Regional Training Conference (RTC), an annual overnight training camp, Key Club members from all across the Bay Area (Regions 9,17, and 15) come together during October to attend workshops, listen to keynote speakers, and engage in campfire skits. The attendees rotate from workshop to workshop, learning a variety of topics and lessons that they can apply to their clubs and their daily life.
As a lieutenant governor, I had the pleasure of leading a workshop on publicity and outreach - teaching the campers how to expand their club’s social media presence and create captivating graphics. I also led a group of 20 people - “the Vampires” in creating a skit and spirit cheer to compete against the other groups during campfire.
This year’s theme was THRILLER-TC, honoring the spooky season the event takes place in. I was responsible for creating the event's brand - I chose the color scheme, designed the t-shirt and logo, and created multiple graphics. The t-shirt was sold to 220 attendees, who sported the shirt on their last day. The logo was used in promotional manuals, stickers, and booklets. The graphics were posted across multiple division and region instagrams.
